Tarja's designer with a model wearing Tarja handmade statement earrings

Tarja Jewelry has been making handmade statement earrings since 2018. Big, sculptural, and light enough to wear all evening.

How it started

One person, a small studio, and a stubborn idea: earrings could be dramatic without being heavy. The first pairs sold on Etsy. More than 9,600 orders and a 4.8-star rating later, the idea still holds.

A small workshop, not a factory

Every design starts by hand. Production is done in small batches by a handful of people, not on a line. That is why the range stays deliberately small, and why no two pairs are ever quite identical.

Where they have turned up

Tarja earrings have been worn on red carpets and on screen. Valarie Pettiford wore a pair to the 2024 BET Awards and credited them publicly. Dr. Mimi wore Tarja on the season 12 reunion of Married to Medicine on Bravo. Joi Hunt wore a pair on the Portia show. And the earrings appear in season 3 of Survival of the Thickest.

Every one of those pairs was made by hand in the same small workshop that fills your order.

What actually matters

An 8 cm earring that weighs 15 grams. That is the whole engineering problem, and solving it is what the brand is for.

Handmade in Europe. Shipped worldwide, and to the US in about 12 days.
